The 'must be true' question
What assumption fails first if you're wrong? Write it down. One sentence.
The 'skin in the game' question
Would your buyer pre-pay before you build? If the answer is 'probably not' — that's your first signal.
The 'alternative' question
What does your buyer use today, and why isn't that enough? If you can't answer this, you don't know the buyer.
The 'pricing' question
Would they pay €X if it worked? Would they pay €10X? The delta tells you more than the number.
The 'kill' question
What evidence would make you walk away? If you can't name it — you're not doing validation, you're doing confirmation.
