No equity

We charge cash. Staying independent of your outcome is the point — we can only tell you the truth if we don't own a piece of the answer.

No retainer

One engagement. Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. You're not buying a relationship — you're buying a decision.

No upsell

We don't build MVPs. We don't run ads. We don't 'manage the implementation.' Day 8 onward is yours — we'll refer you to who's right, no referral fees.

No multi-month commitment

If we tell you to kill it, the engagement ends. You don't owe us anything for the next phase of a product that doesn't exist.

Questions about pricing

Can I split the payment?

Yes. 50% on kickoff, 50% on day 4. We don't take installments beyond that.

Do you offer equity discounts?

No. We charge cash to stay independent of your outcome. Our job is to tell you the truth — not to root for your company.

What if I need follow-up work after the 7 days?

Most founders don't. If you do, we run a one-week extension at a fixed rate. We don't do open-ended retainers.

Stage 1 fee is deductible — how does that work?

If you start with Stage 1 (€1,200) and decide to continue to Stage 2 or beyond, that €1,200 comes off the next stage price. You're not paying twice for the same discovery work.
