1. Who we are

Skalora ("we", "our", "us") is a productized validation service operated by Sergei Khaletsky, based in Warsaw, Poland. We run structured 7-day validation engagements for founders and product teams.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what's necessary to run our service:

• — Contact information: Name, email address, and any information you share when booking a fit call (via Calendly) or contacting us directly.
• — Project information: Details about your idea, product hypothesis, and business context that you share during the engagement.
• — Usage data: Standard web analytics (page views, referrer, browser type) via privacy-respecting tools. No tracking pixels. No behavioral profiling.
• — Communications: Emails and messages exchanged during the engagement.

3. How we use your data

• — To deliver the validation engagement you've purchased
• — To communicate about your project and deliver findings
• — To follow up after the engagement if you've opted in
• — To send the lead magnet checklist if requested (one follow-up only)
• — To improve our process — anonymised patterns only, never identifiable

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following tools to operate the service:

• — Calendly: Booking fit calls. Subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
• — Google Workspace / Email: Communication. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• — Vercel: Website hosting. Logs standard request data.

5. Data retention

We retain engagement records (project notes, interview syntheses, deliverables) for 2 years after the engagement closes. Contact data is retained until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing skalora.io@gmail.com.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you're based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

7. Cookies
